Subscription Policy:
Thank you for choosing our subscription service. Please review the following terms and settings to understand how your subscription works.
1. Subscription Overview
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries according to the frequency and duration selected at checkout. Subscriptions may be:
- Prepaid: Paid in full at the time of purchase.
- Recurring: Billed automatically at the start of each renewal cycle.
2. Billing and Payment
Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each billing cycle unless the subscription is prepaid.
In the event of a failed payment, we will retry up to 10 times with a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 14 days between each attempt.
If all retry attempts fail, your subscription will be canceled, and you will receive a notification.
3. Auto-Renewals and Cancellations
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the selected period.
You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, it may still be eligible for return according to our Return Policy.
4. Inventory Limitations If there is insufficient inventory for your subscription order, we will retry fulfillment up to 10 times within the allowed retry period.
If all retry attempts fail, the subscription for that cycle will be skipped, and a notification will be sent.
5. Notifications
Notifications will be sent to you and/or your team for important updates, such as failed payments, skipped orders, or cancellations due to inventory or billing issues. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on processing and shipping timeframe.
6. Discounts
Eligible subscriptions will receive a 10% discount, which may be applied as:
- A percentage off
- A fixed dollar amount off
- A fixed price per cycle
The specific discount and pricing structure will be shown at checkout.
7. Delivery Frequency
You may select your preferred delivery interval at checkout (e.g., every 1 or 3 months). The delivery schedule is based on this selection and will continue until the subscription is canceled or ends.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate shipment.
We may collect full payment, a deposit, or no payment at the time of order, depending on the product.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is fulfilled.
Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, it may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that our orders are manufactured and fulfilled by third party manufacturers. Certain products may be made or packaged after purchase, which can slightly affect standard shipping timelines.
