RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are damaged, broken, or unused. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To begin a return, email us at info@bolgie.com.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Note: Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-person returns.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES

No fee for returns of damaged or defective items.

$5 return shipping fee (deducted from your refund) for non-damaged returns.
Returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted. (Please refer to our shipping policy for more information)
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
We'll replace or refund damaged items at no extra cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:

Opened, used, or worn beauty products

Sale items or gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out to us before sending it back.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
