Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the items in your order.
We partner with trusted third-party suppliers to manufacture and fulfill your orders directly. We do not manufacture or operate our own warehouses, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier and location. Please note that items may ship separately.
While we do our best to ensure product availability, stock levels can fluctuate as we rely on our suppliers' inventories. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately.
Our return policy is handled in partnership with our suppliers. If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy Page and email us for details on how to process a return.
We don't store bulk inventory in a warehouse. Instead, our trusted partners prepare and package most items once your order is placed. This intentional approach supports product freshness and sustainability, though it may add a bit of time before your order ships.

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We're working toward expanding in the future—stay tuned!
We work with trusted third-party manufacturers and fulfillment partners based in the United States, Canada, and select regions in Europe. Every product is chosen to meet our standards for clean ingredients, ethical practices, and overall quality.
We offer a variety of products with different formulations. Some are vegan, cruelty-free, and/or gluten-free as stated on each product label and page. We believe in transparency, so we encourage you to check individual product descriptions for specific ingredient information and claims.Note: Our product claims are based on information provided by our third-party manufacturing partners. We do not currently hold independent third-party certifications for these claims.
Orders are processed within a few days after placement. If you need to make a change, please email us right away at info@bolgie.com. While we'll do our best to help, changes aren't guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Please contact us at info@bolgie.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and make it right promptly.
Due to the nature of our beauty products, we currently only accept returns and offer refunds on unopened, unused and damaged products. We do not accept returns or exchanges on open and used products. However, if there's an issue with your order, please reach out to us—we're committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to assist.
Standard Shipping: Arrives in 6–12 business days(1–5 business days for processing + 5–7 business days for delivery)
Express Shipping: Arrives in 2–5 business days(1–3 business days for processing + 1–2 business days for delivery)
